These players' passion and dedication struck me, they played as if their lives depended on it. I spotted several promising young talents, composed and confident midfielders, goal sense finisher but big clubs seem to be waiting for small club like Brighton, Watford, Porto to sign them first. Only then do they enter the fray, sparking a bidding war and driving up the player's value to triple their worth.

Sadly, you are right bro… The job of a scout is to go watch, track and observe a player. Everything is now data based or just waiting for small clubs to groom these players before they pounce on them. If you want to know how much of a failure the scouting departments/boards of these top clubs are, just look at the scouting over the past years. It’s been poor.

Those scouts are stealing a living.. If you must be a quality scout, you must watch a player.

Lol. Osimhen’s runs and physicality stands out for me but his box movement has to improve for him to be a top player. Doubt anyone is going to match Napoli's demands though.
