There was a story that trended on Twitter some years back where a man said he would employ a person who did not steal more than 10%

During my it years ago - Sheila solarin (mayflower school) came to buy a phone from the place I was working. It was a very tedious process where you went between three different departments. But the woman was very happy. She said it was the most straightforward transaction she had engaged in. Because her experience was typically that Nigerians would find ways to fk the process.

That is where we are as a country, where the ceo has to start buying things personally because staff can't be trusted.

Of course there are some Nigerians who don't have that problem but how many are they in contrast to the ones who treat their jobs with levity? And you wonder why the country is in such a mess?

We have many qualified engineers that studied abroad but you see African employers, they just want to show themselves and that's why they employe expatriates.


Can you imagine dangote refinery being head by an Indian and this same Indian is now recruiting only indians for the refinery all because he said he can't work with Nigerians...

African employers who want to show themselves recruit Europeans and Americans not Indians.
Any Nigerian employee you see employing Indians is primarily motivated for financial reasons.
That is, it is cheaper on the long run to employ them.

If it will take Indian Engineers for Nigeria to be able to locally refine fuel, Dangote, please dont mind NUPENG or PENGASSAN or whatever union. Nigeria's Refineries in Kaduna, Port Harcourt and Warri went comatose on the watch of Nigerian petroleum engineers who betrayed their own nation. When NNPC finish their own refineries, they should hand them over to the usual saboteurs

You’re just so stupid and uneducated, anything to demean your country is a welcome idea to you. There are no jobs for Nigerians and some people are breaking the law and taking advantage of the country, and you’re here justifying it.

How come the same Nigerians whom you tag as dishonest like the fellow you mentioned is now a mayor in Canada?
If we were terrible people who can do nothing I guess Ngozi iweala would never have been given such an exalted position that demands all the attributes that you find absent in Nigerians!
