Is atheism a product of human reason and intellectual inquiry? Or is it a form of intellectual laziness that refuse to engage with the complexities and mysteries of existence?

Human reasoning!

ATHEISM is as a result of intellectual laziness because it's not only what we see that we believe there are many things we can't see but felt yet we believe that they exists.

So the question we need to answer is:

Why is there suffering and injustice if someone as powerful and good as God exists yet he has not solved the problem?

The Bible answers:

In his haughtiness, the wicked man makes no investigation; All his thoughts are: “There is no God.” Psalms 10:4

But why did the Bible call such ones WICKED?

Because they can spend time deliberating on things that's of no benefits so why not also try to INVESTIGATE such important matter?
Will they say "it's just" when the same happens to them?

So it's WICKEDNESS resulting from INTELLECTUAL LAZINESS!

Alot of evil is commited in religion most especially christianity. Evil as serious as child abuse.
Can you imagine a church having records of child abuse cases they delibrately choosed to hide from the police?

Just a refusal to accept that they are creations like toys and so they are always under the weather and power of their Creator, Whom is called God, all ovet this house called world, and must always be in His Hand!

Was man not already very evil and commiting every atrocity.and wickednesd even before Christianity came?

When Ur and sodom and gomo and the yoruba wars/uthman dan fodio wars were people not already wicked, commiting child abuses? And was christianity there?
