sheggsliveth:I can assure you that what you'd see in their response would be: "there's nothing wrong with your card!" Once a card starts working after it's appealed, you don't need to repeat the process again. The truth of the matter is that you're being prevented from using coupon (I guess it's coin discount). That's why the payment was declined. I experienced same scenario last week. ironically, the card works on another account even without submitting another appeal. |
