Here they come again, after dismantling Cotonou Universities, they are now Churning out Distance Learning Universities, What ever that means, Even government owned NOUN,cannot get accreditions for some courses.

See the face of the youngest university owner like that of school dropouts. These people and their funny way. They always try unthinkable things thinking it's innovation. What's the educational and work background of the guy to establish a university? Is education now to the dogs that anybody can just come out at any time to establish school without following due process?

Did it follow due process...if yes, his age or academic and entrepreneurial profile isn't a factor.

He is the OWNER.
...and Proprietor.
Not the VC, or any administrative/academic position.

Owner and Proprietor means thst he is the financial benefactor/beneficiary and the c-in-c of the institution...that's all.

He can always outsource management.
