He's NOT the CSO of Sokoto State. The governor is. That governor has been receiving double allocations from the federation account. What has he done with it?
Are the kidnappers ghosts? What are the councillors and local government chairmen doing about insecurity in the State?
Why are they harbouring bandits?
Same State where an innocent girl was burnt to death over false religious accusations.

Let Sokoto State carry its cross. Time for vengeance is here!

Does Sokoto State have a functioning border? Is it not almost free entry and exit for nigeriens there?
