Back the money or rectify the roof issue. The reason why is because after doing this, you will have rest of mind and be able to move forward. If not, you will have to live with the guilt which will torment your heart for as long as possible. And the client in question will never speak good of you. And in life, where mouth reach, leg no fit reach am. If you don’t have the money to give him now, come to an agreement with him on how to pay him or get the issue fixed. and a lawyer should be involved at this point.

You actually narrated everything clearly…That’s what they do now to try take someone that is angry over the shoddy job they did for them. Ask him to point it out if the roofs is not totally damaged? I spent additional 700k to try shore up things but was later advised that ill need to change everything .. please also ask him if he didn’t abandoned some of my work?

This is someone asking me for the total cost of the damages even asking for my details to someone saying that he has taken me to court and will need to wait for court verdict . They are just like cartel on here .

Haulage 150k (mowe)
2k revenue
Total 332,000.
I want to know if it will be cheaper to buy it here in mowe to reduce the haulage charges..

Mowe does not have a quarry, so it can't be cheaper.. And if it's cheaper, it can't be 20 tonnes

No one fixes a court date rather the court does so. No barrister or lawyer has a right to write to a private individual unless they are sending them a Form relative to a specific law of the land or a section of the laws of the land.
