Kidney failure is a very horrible thing. And it doesn't show signs until it is too late.

A common cause is high blood pressure aka hypertension. And hypertension itself is the result of other health issues like weight (obesity), stress, and all.

To be on the safe side, try to maintain a healthy blood pressure. Just try to keep it below 120/80.
If you are fat, lose weight. And we know Nigeria is a stressful country, but try to reduce your stress. It's not easy but it's the best for you in the long run.

Dialysis and surgery are no joke.
