Please what is the appropriate NOC (National Occupational Classification) code for a self-employed individual who owns and operates a business primarily involved in providing printing and advertising services, including business cards, calendars, branded materials, promotional materials, souvenir printing, outdoor and event advertising, and other marketing resources for businesses, individuals, churches, and NGOs?

I want to submit an express entry profile and I am confused on what NOC fits into this work description as a business owner

You misunderstand me, I didn't use any agents. I did my process myself, I was just wondering why I couldn't register on the tracker to see a more detailed breakdown of my status rather than just the updates on the ircc website.

I honestly don't know why agents do this. Is this a way of punishing old clients or what?
Please any agent that doesn't allow you have 100% access to your profile when need be(have this in a contract), run.

After research, careful review of my documents and consultation, I have found out I was issued a direction to leave Canada, which later became a departure order because of my cooperation. Thankfully, I am exempt from something called ARC (I am in the clear, thank God), which one can apply for to seek redress from those situations (Yes, you can seek redress from deportation as well).

I will be doing more research on the issue and should update as things move along. Just happy to be in the clear and indeed prove the naysayers wrong.

Did you not include the PCC from Northern Cyprus? Did you write a letter of explanation on why you weren’t able to get it?

I just got provincial territorial interest letter from Nova scotia under health. Please did anyone get invitation from Nova Scotia today

I have been searching for provinces that has my occupation (Land Surveyor) in their occupation demand list, I came across Saskatchewan PNP, it has my occupation, it doesn't have connection to the province compulsory, I can apply directly to them for nomination, as in everything was falling into place and I was so elated only for me to go further to see the 90 days of pof at the time of application. Oh my God 😔 the whole good mood dropped.
Guys please any suggestions or help will go a long way. Is there anything that can be done around that 90 days stuff?

No. For Saskatchewan, your PoF must be at least 90 days before you apply....NOT one day less

Some common questions that are still coming up:

*You can edit your profile, pre and post ITA.

*The best time to marry and add a new spouse is after AOR.

*Your primary NOC must be at least 1 year continuous. It does not typically need to tally with your education except you're a doctor, pharmacist or architect (new ECA body for architects see page 1 post 3 - updated).

*If you are getting ineligible profile, several suggestions are on page 1 post 2.

*For those asking the history of draws...see page 1 post 2 for latest scores, when they last did healthcare, tech, agric, CEC draws etc

*For those with low CRS ( below 400) who are not older than 40....check page 1 post 2, most likely your IELTS is the problem. Try redo/remark am or do PTE or CELPIP.

Above all, learn French or find work in the targeted NOCs for 6 months to qualify for the targeted draws........ agric, healthcare have low barriers to entry.

Congrats to all on exam success, ITA, PPR, landing etc

Keep pushing guys....and don't neglect to study page 1 and canada.ca

the only way you can enter Canada back is via marriage. Counting education: I have a HND and was in my Third year in Canada - that counts for something.

I did not insult anyone but I dispatched those who came at me with unfounded assumptions in the guise of "helping" - I said what I said. I already acknowledged the ones who gave reasonable contributions.

The issue has now been seen to and resolved. Move on.

Hopefully, others in a similar situation in the future can come on here seeking accurate information and not get discouraged by posts like that. That is the whole point of this thread and others like it.

Please, because of schedule and distance, can the biometric capturing and medicals be done on the same day. I think I can get same day slots for both but want to be sure if the activities doesn't take the whole day. Thanks

This is a business visitor's visa, so technically it is a visa. What is your sister's intention or purpose in Canada?

They don run your sister street as it even looks photoshopped too
