You sound weak and may not be able to take any action. If you are serious, give her some amount like 40k, tell her you are travelling to bring your mom or siblings and ask her to find a place to stay, as you are telling her on a Saturday morning, gather her things for her

Just lock the door and leave, keep a spy to monitor when she leaves, replace the key immediately and sleep elsewhere that week

By the time she checks on you and your key has been changed she will get the message faster

Just tell her the truth and ask her to move on. She should pack all her things and keep them in one place.
