Ehizele is not an Igbo name so the government did not do their homework well, or the Nigerian government is a part of a plot to blackmail the Igbos, but made a mistake of attaching a non-Igbo name to her handle. They must have thought Ehizele sounded Igbo. God protects the Igbos.
