The simple answer is:
To get original ones here is a big task because, majority of the phone batteries you see in our markets are fake.

I have to say, while Amazon shipping is hella expensive, the fact that you get customs clearance done almost instantaneously for a phone is a big plus.

They use that deposit, to clear your parcel, & if change is left they refund you the rest, it's really expensive, but you will never deal with customs wahala.

and that is another reason too especially in iPhone batteries and Chinese phones like xiaomi, Huawei, oppo and others

Over the years I've now ordered successfully from Sokoto, my village in Anambra, and Lagos.
Only Sokoto would call me to come to post office.
The rest were bikemen meeting you at your location.

Just as I was jubilating that my 4 orders which arrived on Thursday and yesterday got cleared today by customs ,nai I con see a shocker! Speedaf has handed over all the 4 parcels to Wxl courier for delivery! The thin weak my hand o!

I can't remember the last time they picked up my package upon clearance.

Good day people.... something I'll like to understand is: How can AliExpress always offer free shipping for almost everything (or if a shipping fee is applied, it is minor compared to the price of the item).... but Amazon would apply shipping + customs fee everytime (where the shipping+customs fee can even be 100% over the price of the said item).

eg. I can go to buy a mini PC on AliExpress (item cost $800, shipping $119 or even less and no extra customs anything)... but the same mini PC on Amazon would attract over $300 for shipping+customs.

And this isn't even about the cost, value or weight of an item. I could want to get a small metallic object that can fit in my palm, the cost on Amazon is $25 with shipping+customs fee of $35. It's insane.
