i think all these pharmaceutical companies whether legal or not are not telling us the whole truth about the "possible" poison they put inside their products (so long as they are making money). their main objective is to MAKE MONEY, not really save/help people.

thats why anything linked to asbestos/Parabens is bad for you but many continue using it
thats why saturated/trans fat is in everyday food even though they know its bad for our health
thats why they still use pesticide to make food, even though its bad for us
thats why smoking or E-cigs are still legal even though they fully well know its bad for your health
thats why something as simple as PFAs used to make non stick cookware like Teflon is bad for us but there are still so many products out there using it.

I think he should be in the gym or a sports center and be airing his advice.Physical exercise is the most single biomarker for a healthy life and longevity.Sadly, most of us aren't training enough.l think he looks mobidly obese just like most Nigerians abroad and should walk more than sit on cars.
