Fake made-up statistics. The TVs in Lagos are more than the whole of the SE.
This is a rubbish made-up statistics that lack basic common sense.

Let DSTV show the number os subscription in each region. That alone will give you and insight. I bet Lagos alone has more than the whole SE combined.
