Waited for another ticket to deliver as well and it shows red on Napoli-Parma game but don't understand why Bet9ja had to mark it as a lost ticket:

Yes Napoli's both goals came in the Second Half.

The option is open to both teams but must not be more than three(3)goals in the 2nd Half, I can only lost the ticket if there was no goal or the goals scored by either team in the 2nd Half was more than 3.

I have used this option before and it clicked, don't know why this one is different.

That bet option was settled wrongly
I guess they settled the ticket after 90 mins,
Coz both goals in the second half came after 90 mins in additional time
