If Osimhen is world class, PSG would have paid his release clause. No European big club will pay that amount for an over priced average player like Osimhen.

Osimhen is a good player but not in the league of Mbappe, Vinicius, Rodrigo or Hallando. So his fee is outrageous and no big club in Europe will pay that money.
