I support stiff penalties for rapists. Very stiff. Also, I admit that should the penalties be stiffer, MANY men in Nigeria will go to jail no matter how flimsy the act is. And should a crime record be attached to one's existence, it means many men will be rendered unproductive as no firm will employ them or financial institution lend money to them. A Nigeria that works will have lots of people in jail or be hanged. That is it.
