1. He picked him as a northerner but outside the entitled Fulanis who believe that they are entitled to government power. Shetima is a Kanuri... So Tinubu used that to break the back of the Fulanis in that aspect. He chose from the north but from the minority in order to weaken the entitled majority ..


2. The votes from Borno is not something that any politicians will want to lose
