Notfogotten:Stop looking abroad for salvation. Nigerians are always comparing their hard work and sacrifice to that of other nations. I am sure when millions of Nigerians were on the street protesting, you were one of the Nigerians saying that this was not my protest. Bad governments don't change unless they are forced out. We waited for Buhari to stay in government for eight years when it was evident that he was clueless in the first six months. The same can be said of Tinubu's first day. The Europeans and Americans fought for good governance and ensured that their governments were held accountable. How many Nigerian communities have called back their non-performing Senator or Representative? |

Rossikk:Let me address your points one after the other 1. Anybody can owned a car in US provided you're there legally. Even students owned cars 2. Anybody can be kidnapped in Nigeria. Anybody can be victim of one chance, organ harvester, ritualist, robbery et al. I'm not even talking about insecurity here o 3. No generator is cheap in Nigeria. The cheapest generator during Jonathan government was sold for 11k but you can't get it less than 120k. Fuel isn't cheap either and not also readily available 4. Health care in developed countries are miles ahead your third world country. Even your corrupt leaders go there for their health care. Why not Nigeria? 5. Insecurity in Nigeria killed both the rich and poor. Bokoharam, bandits, kidnappers, herdsmen, organ harvester, armed robbery, ritualist, one chance, pick pocket, thuggery, cultism et al 6. There are readily available food banks in those developed countries and you don't have to be an APC members or know one party leader before you can have it. Even international immigrants have access to it freely. They don't steal nor hoard it like your crooked leaders 7. Which education is free in Nigeria please. Federal Government colleges aren't free. Most states government schools aren't free. Those developed countries Even given free education to international students up to PhD level. Nigeria education is dilapidated unlike those developed countries with quality education. As per your last statement, no be only igbo hate Nigeria. Check my history chat then you'd know I'm yoruba from Ogun state based in Lagos |

ednut1:You do realize any manager could be a bank manager. The way we view a manager in Nigeria is way different to the way we view managers abroad. That toilet cleaner does have both a supervisor and a manager(Line) |

A toilet cleaner over there can live in a better house and drive a better car than what a bank manager here may have access to. |

If you say no. why don't you consider all your workaholic activities put forward on your line of duty. That's serving. You are working hard for consumers to get nothing but paper currencies from them. |

Emetex22:You want to tell a Nigerian madam or oga that their servant deserves a living wage, respect and similar standard of living as them? You must not know us. Nigerians are very very extremely excessively egotistical people. They want to be lords and masters over anyone around them without actually being qualified to do so. You can tell by the way they denigrate certain jobs. That’s why they’d rather suffer than do a job they deem to be lowly even if the job solves their financial needs. That’s why you see them on here thinking they can use “wiping bums” as an insult to CNAs/nurses abroad. As if the sick people in Nigeria are usually left to rot in their own piss and feces. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the case since they think it’s an insult to provide dignified care to sick and dying people. One person on the front page said care giving is worse than cleaning toilet. I imagine it’s the assisting the patient with activities of daily living they consider to be shameful. I’ve never seen this type of behavior anywhere on the internet before except on Nigerian forums. |

An immigrant in the Western world whose mindset is still spending and living mentally in his/her home country will likely agree with the OP. |
