Also start the production of kerosene.. kerosene is 1,500 naira per liter..this is what many poor nigerians used to cook..if kerosene is produced in Nigeria by your refinery it will be more cheaper

Negative or positive projection means nothing here, it doesn't change the fact on ground, have you asked yourself why dangote started diesel production first And left fuel?, for your info fuel price will keep increasing under the guise of market force's untill subsidy is re-introduce to stabilise it at around 1k.

They usually mix different colours to petrol worldwide to distinguish them. That is not to say most of the imported fuels are not substandard.
In the good old days we used to have regular, super and premium petrol but it's like the one we use today is below regular in standard.
