As the title goes, which plugins can give me this function ? I want to build a site that centers on property listing (house rental, house sale, office, building, rental and sale etc) and listers can list their products and also there would be affiliate for people who promote the affiliate link and get people who subscribe for premium listing.

It's not only about rental - Even sales sales listing too can be. That is, people (or agents) can post their house for sale too on the site, to get buyers.

Also, does it have Featured Listing option too ?

It has different listing types that can be mixed and added to one site. You only have to edit the features to fit what you want. For example, you can add a property listing type and remove the "per month" so that it has only the price, then you add the "for sale" tag to categorize the listing for sale. The other listings with price per month or per day can then be for rental or shortlet. Also, almost all the demos have featured listings.
