A cleaner buying a house could have been possible 20 years ago in US but certainly not today. He or she is more likely to be homeless these days or sharing an apartment or even a room…especially in places like Los Angeles or wherever you live in California. In Chicago an average hourly pay for a cleaner is 18$ and he or she works 40hours per week and there are some who do 60hours

Let say 18$x40weeks which is 720 then times into 4 which is a month 2880 $
Then remove tax you times it with 0.14 which will give you 2476

You pay medicals insurance 50$
Pay phone bill 50$
Food 250 to 300 for a family of 3
Let say your car is 10,000 plus car note and insurance everything na 250 a month
House rent 900
Light bill and gas like 80
You only use heat during the winter let add that which will make the gas bill to be reduced
And in all of this you still have money to flex if you want to

Build a house, get an average of 3 cars, enroll your kids in private schools, and do without government programs like Medicaid or free tuition.

Get a maid and a gateman, and relocate to a highbrow area.
