This is UAE, a country Nigeria was 10 times better than in the 70s. What changed between that time and now is good leadership. UAE got it right with leadership, even though she practices monarchial system of government. On the flip side, bad leadership has been the bane of our development here in Nigeria. This is an ideas anyone can run with, this is not necessary a govt concept but a private enterprise. The big question here to me is, with all our sophistication, why is that nobody think in this direction.
