Is this a proven standard procedure or you are just saying Because it worked for you .? I'm asking just to know more ,I mean no harm .
Not trying to hold brief for HopefulLandlord, but I believe that the processes he explained is the standard.

If you see foreign movies often, you will notice that before they evacuate an accident victim, there is usually a stretcher beside the victim and all parts of the victim's body are lifted gently and moved on to the stretcher at the count of 3. But if you see see the way Nigerian good samaritans drag an accident victim to the hospital eh! Most times, the trouser and shirt of the victim pulls off during the dragging. That is why you see some dead victims of accidents with only boxers and you wonder how it happened.

Also, the brain is wired to pass out/shut down on extreme pain, fear and even anxiety. It is a protective measure God built in us to shield us from unbearable pain. Then it normal functions return as the negative experience withers away.

That's a good question and Odimbannamdi did a great job explaining it. For more information and clarity on this just Google "Why you shouldn't move an accident victim"

God have mercy. The King of the Auto section is gone. Love by many; hated by few, may his light never go dim in our hearts.

Rest in Peace Gazzuzz

May his soul continue to rest in peace.
How exactly did he die. I read he had an accident. What kind of accident was it?

Was he traveling outside Lagos or did it occur within Lagos... It's so sad.

I don’t know what is wrong with the moderators of this auto section, and the whole nairaland forum in general. This thread should have been moved to frontpage just to honor this guy. This guy have done alot for people and also contributed alot of vital information to this forum.

If na about snakes and anaconda now, d tin go don land for frontpage immediately. Na wa oooo

Mr Greg announced the death of Gazuzz on this forum . I even read where he was begging the mod to put it in front page as a way of honoring the great man ..Gazzuz ....What did Mr Greg got in return ....ban on his account for informing us about the death of Gazzuz . Even when I contacted him to findout about the burial arrangement..he simply directed me to the moderator ....since he is not authorised to speak on this matter . Right now we are all in the dark . All I can say is rest in peace Gazzuz .

So it's true
Re: Rest In Peace Gazuzz by Carshopper(m): 7:12am On Sep 04, 2024
Nigerians and sentiments ... Moving to front page or not doesn't show nothing or say anything but just news. Honour him in your own special way. If he was here with us he will tell U "leave the front page headlines" it just brings sensationalism.

Gazzuzz is gone... People still are asking if he was driving or why didn't he charter bolt ... Why this why that.

Gazzuzz has left a vacuum but he didn't take away the teachings, writings and videos of his work. He left behind knowledge, fairness and truth. Honour that.

Respect his family decision. If the moderators have reached out and the family says NOT NOW... We have to respect it.

Gazzuzz remains the one person that impacted me ... I am happy knowing him in this life..

Dust to Dust my friend

After being away from NL for some time now, I said let me just scroll through Autos section, reading different threads and boom! I saw ‘rest in peace GAZZUZZ’.
It ruined my mood immediately, I didn’t know him personally but I’ve been on this section long enough to know how much he contributed to it.
It is so so sad. May his soul rest in peace…Autos section lost a real GEM.

I pray God comforts his family. This life sha, It is well.

I have been away from the auto section for sometime, when I saw the heading Gazzuz is dead I thought it was some sort of banter at first until I read many pages and didn't see him coming in to laugh it off, it's sad indeed that a gem of the auto section is no more, life is really a breeze.
Rest in peace sir.

Did some work with him while I was in naija and was rooting for his success with the CNG projects.

May God comfort the family.

I knew its kind of odd for him to just be offline for weeks without breezing in and out even I didn't see any update on his whatsApp status so I thought probably he has travelled out of the country even checked his tiktok page few weeks back nothing also. What a painful loss. I pray his family has the fortitude to bear this irreparable, irreplaceable loss 🥺😪 RIP GAZZUZZ
I chatted with him last on the 30th of July! Just checked his WhatsApp profile and he was last seen online at 3.06pm. Are you sure this story is even true? I pray not. I will call the number in the morning.

Here he is paying condolences to ElshanAuto who died in a car accident in July 2021.
Not knowing he too will die in a car accident around same month just 3yrs later
This is so sad. I remember commenting 2 years ago on gazuzz's WhatsApp profile video in which he was firing his hyundai or kia cerato one of those tiny Korean cars. If I remember right he was doing about 180 kmph+. I jokenly asked if it was this tiny car he was firing like that. In his usual humorous self, his response was "yep, small nyash is a legend".
May his soul rest in peace if this news is true. A great guy.

Its been a while i visited nairaland and i decided to visit today and check the auto section and boom! I see RIP GAZZUZZ!
MY heart raced and i felt a cold sensation while processing this news. I feel terribly sad on his demise.

I was privileged to meet gazzuzz a few times some years back. We met through a group chat then before we became friends and met in person.
We had drinks together whenever we met at ogba or Ikeja and i remember how he always buy shawama to bribe his "madam" as he fondly calls his wife when we stayed out late and she starts calling.

He was very kind and one of the most honest person I met in my life. He helped me financially whenever i told him i was broke "oya send aza sharp sharp" as he will say. He gave me great advice and offered to change the engine of my 406 for free when the engine knocked and fix my car for free whenever it developed issues.
I was looking forward to seeing him when next I come to Nigeria but hearing about his death was a big blow to me.

He was fearless and adventurous and a very good driver. He can drive and travel at anytime. I was once texting him and he told me he was driving and texting coming from Jos I think to lagos. I told him to be careful driving at such high speed and chatting on phone. I never knew accident would claim his life one day even though i learnt he didn't drive but had the accident when he took a public bus back to lagos after he delivered a vehicle out of lagos to a client.
He fought for his life but later succumbed to his injuries sadly.

God knows best and it was a great honor and privilege to meet gazzuzz in person and i wish i spent more time with him. May God grant his family the strength to bear his demise.
I will miss u 😢 I can't believe you're no more gazzuzz.
Who will call me "DSS MAN" as you fondly call me. Rest on my friend 😢
