Whether it is 1000 or 857 naira per liter, it calls for celebration. At least subsidy or landing cost matter has come to an end. And government should not have excuses again for poor performance, pilling up of debts.

When tomato was expensive, I bought small paint cup for 1,500 naira. While it was selling 5-7 pcs for 2000 in Abuja..
I bought in Niger state directly from farmers that brought goods to the market.

Here's what I'm saying, NNPC should sell crude to dangote in naira and at a very fair price. Then dangote refine and sell to Nigerians with a fair price. This will have a big impact in our economy.
This doesn't stops Nigeria from sell to foreigners at the standard crude oil price. It's our source of income. Nigerians should at least experience the benefit of what we have

Well yes....long before he became president he helped build the environment the refinery bow sits on....and even though he was mocked for it he helped bring to power a government that supported Dangote with cheap dollars for 8 years...and when things staryed hetting heated he brought about the local sale percentage for all crude oil mined in the country and asked that it be sold in Naira to all local refiners Dangote especially ...however you look at it you cannot Deny Tinubu was a key player in that refinery......

Tanks were meant for storage, there has to be need for storage facilities of products. I find the comment made by Otedola telling the tank farm owners to sell their tanks as scrap insulting especially when his beloved friend has yet to produce any real evidence of trucks loading products and actually getting it delivered to filling stations.

If fuel is really being refined, then by this time tomorrow most of the queues in Lagos should disappear.

You can bluff on things like this if it is really working it will show, period.

Those tank farms were an abeyance that should never have happened in the first place but due to the dysfunctional rent seeking economy we run,we had no need for them.....the refineries alone have storage and we have depots all over the country built for this purpose....no sane business man would go into the business of building tank farms anymore.

See as Aboki Dangote people they make achievement....with no noise , no abuse , none of his Aboko people are with him to paint a Tribal coloration on this achievement and no insult on nairaland , Tiktok or any social media at all concerning this laudable achievement... You could even see , no sign of Aboki dress whatsoever on their staffs ....staffs are free to wear any clothes ....but when air peace was to be commissioned ....nobody hear word on social media ....it was a disaster and massive insults on top of what so many tribes supported your Ibo brother Alex Onyema to achieved.
