There's nothing wrong with selling for a profit. When producers make a profit, they're incentivized to produce more. Simple logic.

Like it or not, Nigerians will pay full price for ALL their fuel and eventually also for everything else including forex, religious pilgrimages, university education and many other things. The reason is simple - mass subsidies is impossible because the country can't afford it.

And Mr Nairalander isn't an APC supporter.

Nigerians always protest with the wrong demand. Of what use is his removal to us? What concerns Nigerians with who controls the NPC? The right demand should be something like ' SELL PETROL AT N200'. Make direct demands.

I did not support this but having failed repeatedly to deliver any refinery let him go and let an Olaniyi come onboard before he becomes like Emefiele

This Is the Best Of Our Youths - as they now want total responsibilities for all those Serving -
•( the Executive- including States Governors,the Ministers,the State Assembly )and
•the Legislatures - Senators and House of Representatives - those that have abandoned their Oversights Functions but wants 10% Kickbacks in the:
• other Depts- e g NNPC,the DISCOS,the Agriculture Ministry,the Industrial Development Ministry,etc are all Incompetent,that must perform or get out - for the Youths of Nigeria to have Life and allow them to breathe,e.g they need Employment.
- Enough of the Oil Cabal led by this NNPC and as you can see- they want to bring Dangote down, because,Dangote don't want to deal with NNPC ,as NNPC wants to give them ( Dangote)with High Prices but same NNPC - wants to Control what they don't have, even they don't and can't Manage 4- Refineries of their Own but are eyeing Dangote Refineries.

Having Mele Kyari sacked isn't an end to the petroleum product hassle. It's really a coordinated conspiracy against the well being of the Nigerian masses by few and narrow-minded elites to which Kyari belongs.
What I consider as a pragmatic and final solution to the challenge is an institutionalized regulation that will be sincerely and publicly driven with emphasis on the welfare of the masses through entrenchment of ENERGY SECURITY.
