So, I am a graduate, B Eng Electrical/Electronic Engineering. I am a private school teacher, a married man, father of two kids, earning 40k monthly which comes irregularly, when it finally comes, it comes in different installments. I can't remember the last month I collected up to 20k at once, even after deducting my children school fees directly, every month, because my children also attend this school. I've not been paid for four months now. As a staff in the school, I pay 50% of the tuition fee for my kids. make use of the social media very well, I make posts almost everyday on my Facebook page through inspirations. I am always inspired by almost everything around me. Even the movement of ants can inspire me to make a post. I was inspired by something few days ago and I innocently made a post on my Facebook page. My director's wife commented on it. Few days later my Director saw the post and he immediately went to the school to the school Whatsapp platform and dropped this, claiming my post is mockery to the school. Please Nairalanders, what is wrong about my post?

Timing is important.

Connecting the time you posted your Inspiration and some things that are happening in the school, might be the reason why your boss saw nothing but Mockery.

Again, you can be Inspiring, but do you promote things about this your Job on your Social media timelines? Because whatever that is putting food on your table is the saviour you are seeing no matter how small.

Another thing is, people who feel they are smart have a way of being cunning. You will use your posts to Indirectly mock the hands/establishment you are benefiting from, then turn around to use reverse psychology to exonerate yourself.

Lastly, as an electrical engineer, I am worried you are just relaxed with just being a private school teacher. Hope you really had a practical experience of what you studied in school?.

Give yourself a push to growth as you are preaching. Move around your area in the evening, check houses under construction, meet the engineers handling them and market yourself for small contracts of wiring the house even if na 1room house under construction.. Stand up get busy.

Leave secondary school teaching that is deceiving you..And you sound lazy.
Na lazy people dey always post Unnecessary Inspiration wey no dey pay bills everyday.

After I left n started hustle, my personal person told me that if any man tells him he's a teacher what always comes to his mind is that this one don suffer die

Teaching na suffer ooo, u can b a teacher for 10 years n at d end of everything u don't have anything to your name n u don't have 50k in your account
