Please I need recommendations for a laptop that can last for about 10 hours with light browsing and Whatsapp.
I was contemplating getting a laptop power bank, but if I can get a laptop that can last for 10 hours, it will be better for me.

Get an Acer or HP pavilion laptop... Moreso you can decide to get an extra battery to your laptop.

Because I have used a Dell laptop in the past and the battery was no where near 5 hours

you can't eat your cake and have it. If you want a laptop that can last minimum of 10hrs, there are some factors that will influence it, such laptops would surely be slow, cos they are ultral low voltage core processors with the letter 'U" at the back of the processor number, their voltage is low, hence they are very cool, they must be a DDR3L ram or DDR4 ram, must be an SSD storage or Emmc embedded storage, these are what influence how long the battery backup duration runtime. Or you could get a Chromebook laptop or Microsoft surface book and the likes

Na fake DELL be that. I currently use one which I bought in April and I can tell you confidently that my battery lasts more than 8 hours, yes you read me well. I use it for my remote job everyday.

Buy a tablet. Peripherals like mouse and keyboard can be added. I really don't know why people still use laptops. My laptops have developed issues from lack of use/no sales. How will I use them when I can just lay on my bed and carry a phone with a processor faster than the laptops I have and memory 2x the one in the laptop; and I can easily get 6 or more hours nonstop using it and can recharge back in one hour. I really want to sell off the tablets and laptops I bought so I can be free from their stress

The DELL is fast but it also depends on what you want to use it for
