Hello guys, the local delivery bikes that delivered my parcel from speedaf last two weeks charged me 1500naira. I asked if this payment is legal and he said yes. Today to collect my parcel again he charged me 1000naira. This is in Enugu. Please guys is this normal for speedaf parcels

Same thing oo. Since 31st August. Stuck with pickup courier which is [Wxl]. .... if you input your tracking number on Pkge app (on Android), you'll see this info.

Edit: I sent email to speedaf customer care earlier today around 8am. By 11am today, it has successfully left the yeye Wxl hands and is now in my location. Speedaf email: ng.info@speedaf.com (state your tracking number in the email)

Economy products have been phased out by AliExpress. So, there's nothing like self pick-up item anymore, except those that are Nipost-bound.

If you search deligently, you'd discover that majority of products on Ali web page attracts shipping fees, which means they're registered. That's why a small item of, say $1 can have a shipping fee of $1.99. Even those with free shipping (shipped by global sellers) are registered too.

Therefore, all deliveries by Speedaf are now registered, meaning that they're to be taken to your doorstep free of charge.

So, if you're still giving those riders money, it's up to you.

I think three of my packages have been stolen by Nipost; all smartphones from Aliexpress. Two were to be delivered to the Kano post office; they departed from Lagos on the 26th of last month. One package was to be delivered to Zaria, which also departed from Lagos on the 28th of last month, but until now, none of the packages have been delivered. I went to both the Zaria and Kano offices, and all they kept saying is that my packages have not arrived and that I should wait. Nipost customer service has not been helpful at all. Should I conclude that my packages have been stolen and move on with my life, or is there something I can do?
