Agungi road leading up to Milverton Estate is always an eyesore due to flooding and poor drainage. It is only in Nigeria that even those driving RangeRovers are living inside filth. |

Lagos is very disorganised. However I understand the challenges of a rapidly developing and populated state but this can be handled far better. |

It’s tinubu that gave this touts the right to rent road side to people to build shit. After collecting money they will come and destroy it. Fear this brown roof creatures oo. And their consistent dropping of calabash at each junction. |

In these difficult times, government must provide alternatives for citizens. Building inappropriately is wrong, but with the economic crisis at hand, what can the people do? No jobs. Not t/fare. No food. No shishi in the pocket. Insecurity everywhere. Destruction without alternatives will lead to more troubles please. |

Newstory1:You guys always find ways to deflect blames away from the criminal/outlaw and shifting the faults onto the government, systematically supporting illegalities. Who would approve shacks and shanties? Or did any of the squatters claimed to have approval documents? Soon you'll start blaming imaginary government agency for alleged approval of under-bridge dwellings too. SMH |

Instead of the government to focus on how to stop those residents from privatizing roads by blocking and putting gates on all the existing roads and streets in that area demanding for access codes to use them. To the best of my knowledge, the issue at Agungi Ajiran road is not Shanties and Squatters, but due to poor road planning. That road floods all year round even with the presence of canal nearby. That road should be rebuilt same as Orchid Road. |
