madridguy:Building railways require a bit of experience . . . in building railways. How many railways have been constructed in Nigeria to date to allow for local expertise to be developed? |

Believeintruth:As expected, nothing sensible to contribute, just empty vessel talk. I highlighted your rubbish and I addressed them. At your age, they still have to explain to you how Nigerians are benefiting from a massive complex with thousands of workers collecting paychecks to put food on the table. Dangote alone is the largest employer of labor in Nigeria excluding the FG. IGR from this complex and it's products go build roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, fund social programs and so on. Some of you are just too shallow and basic in your thinking. |

I don't understand why we take too much time on projects of this viability and importance. Why not put all the proposed rail lines on the table and encourage the investors to pick a couple of them for faster delivery of the lines. The state can then shop for other investors for the remaining without allowing for a delay. LASG has got much to do than pushing some activities to future consideration. Good securing this, though. Push for more. |

idealogical:Oga you are dodging some other aspects of what I said. You never defended the fact that after LASG had lied about allocating free land to Dangote, that Dangote came out and stated that he actually paid for the land. Again can you bring data to show me how much Lagos has benefitted all these years from the FTZ. Please do not assume because you are only talking from an ideal sense. Bring data as numbers do not lie. |

Believeintruth:lmao... So, this one needs data to prove that Lagos state is benefiting from the LFTZ. Tens of thousands of Lagosians are working inside the zone and they are all collecting paychecks to feed their families, pay for school fees, rent or build houses, pay state fees, property taxes and so on. Do you not know the circulatory economic effects of tens of thousands of jobs and paychecks and how they affect our economy? What do you think the workers do with their paychecks? The companies, factories, manufacturers and end users of Dangote's products including trailer drivers are all collateral IGR sources for the state. Why do you think governments lobby for investments or why did the LASG run to Ondo state to snatch Dangote and his refinery to Lagos? To create jobs and boost their tax and income-generating base. Feels like I'm going back and forth with a baby. Btw, if $100 million is killing you inside, go and sue the government for answers, we are enjoying massive progress and development with jobs everywhere, but these sadists think we should be crying and dying over their sad and bad bele rubbish. Have you asked the government for proof and they refused to give you an answer or you just don't know your way to Alausa.? Why are you people always sad, bitter, angry and upset when you see progress and development? |

Obi is useless, incompetent, low-grade, empty vessel and a shallow thinker. If you like, cry and shed tears to full onitsha river, we don't care.. ![]()

| Re: Governor Sanwo Olu Signs MOU For Lagos Metro Rail Green Line (Pictures) by idealogical(op): 8:09pm On Sep 07, 2024 |
Realtruth2023:The fact that you're hateful, bitter and angry because of progress and development in Lagos state doesn't mean Lagosians are like you or cannot afford to ride the Metro rail. The rail moved millions of Lagosians within a year already, it's so popular that people even stand and packed themselves just to ride the rail so it's only in your hateful and bad bele mind that Lagosians cannot afford the metro rail, maybe you are just trying to tell us that you are broke. Imagine getting to your destination and work place in less than 30 minutes instead of spending 3-4 hours in traffic with loss of productive man power hours that costs you and your job money and valuable resources. It's sad that shallow and I'll informed people like you still do not understand the basic economy effects of modern transportation infrastructures. Just look at Lagosians going on about their business and enjoying the metro rail while this one sits on the Internet crying and hating.. ![]() Btw, why do you need company's data from me? I'm I the owner or their accountant or what? What is wrong with this oneif you are desperately interested in their data to cure your bad bele, why not just stop being lazy and go to the company to get your silly and pointless data. These bad bele people dey carry their bad bele to another level? Very comical.

idealogical:Oga why are you writing epistle for just one simple ask. Provide us with data showing the year on year performance. No one is bitter it is just your stupidity that is talking. Oga be a courageous man and show us here the year on year data on the performance of FTZ . It is all clear that you don't have that information and you are so unsure of the performance of the light rail and the FTZ. If you are so sure, then show us the year on year financial performance. Numbers don't lie. |

We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co. Limited, based in China. This collaboration is a significant step for us as we work to enhance the Lagos Rice Mill in Imota, Ikorodu. The goal is to elevate the rice value chain in Lagos State, and I believe this partnership will make a real difference.Lagos state no go kills us with MOUs, progress, and development.
