In a serious clime where rule of law is sacrosanct, many ad-hoc staff and INEC officials would have been rounded up for long. Since the system have not made good example of them, they have routinely engaged in manipulating the will of the people.
We can never have it right until the INEC officials, security agents and judiciary take the bulk by its horns. Only those that will be satisfy with the look of thing on our elections generally are those that have heavily benefited from the system.
When you win election in Nigeria, everything are done perfectly by those administering the election and they will never see anything wrong until the same Nigeria factor happen to them, you now hear different stories.
Until something is done about these three groups, the INEC staff, security agencies and judiciary,.we won't get it right.

See this olodo person. I am just seeing the reference you made on my comment telling me did Peter Obi ever claimed he won the election. Mr. Man, that think he knows something but know nothing. Our constitution is explicitly written, there are many grounds that can made election conducted to be voided, even in the electoral act.
Zamfara APC candidates lost all their positions because they did not complied with court orders and they refused to conduct credible primary. Please are those people not won their elections? You may not understand. Let me give a chiefest example again.
In Bayelsa Lyon of APC outrightly won his governorship election but just because the error of his deputy in his name's, he was booted out before his inauguration.
You may also not be cleared. Let me add one more disqualification that happened after the man has won his election in Kano.
One Salisu Buhari went on election into House of Reps and was later elected to be Speaker of the House, at the tribunal it was detected that used fake certificate from Toronto. Mr. Man, he never survived the spell of stolen certificate, he was booted out.
Mr. Man, there are many grounds to disqualification of a candidate that woman election and all litigants look for soft targets. I hope I have tutor you small and also let you know that gragra no dey open door, na person wey get the key.

Don't forget Peter Obi came third, any disqualification of President Tinubu (there won't be, I am making a point) and Atiku is stepping up to the plate as your President.

If the whole election is voided today, Lagos and Ẹdo states are going to APC from Labour, PDP is snagging a lot of the middle belt states that went Labour. Maybe South Eastern states will still vote Obi sha, who knows.

Bottom line, Peter Obi has no path to the Presidency right now as a Labour Party presidential candidate. Accept it and move on.

2023 General Elections is a forgotten issue to me but for your education, Edo State can never be for APC, take that and go to bank and withdraw any amount you so wished. Edo is the headquarters of Obidients they will never leave Peter Obi and vote Tinubu. Even the strong supporter of APC will go for Peter Obi in Edo, take that from me and have rest of mind.
On Lagos own, definitely Tinubu will gain more grounds in Lagos than what he had in 2023 but lose more grounds in many states of the federation, especially the northern and southern states.

Per Ẹdo state, the acid test of how Obidient they are is in 2 weeks time during the elections. After all Peter Obi had turned up to campaign for Akpata. Let's see if he gets more votes than APC.

In Edo state, Edi central is PDP, Edo North is APC, only last time did Ẹdo South not drift between one of those, that time they were still hypnotised by Peter Obi.

I myself don't know who will win but I know LP and Obidients are dead in Edo state. Only two more weekends to see how Obidient Ẹdo state is.

You didn't apply common sense my brother. You know the error here in your comment? You're mistaken presidential election with gubernatorial election. You did made reference to if there was need for presidential by-election, that APC will take both Lagos and Edo and I let you know that till tomorrow, Edo electorates will joyfully go for Peter Obi with their full chest high up, if the election is conducted hundred times. And I also let you know that Edo State is the residence and headquarters of Obidients family and they will continue to root for Obi till tomorrow.
On gubernatorial election, obidients have been divided along party lines because of personal biases. They claimed LP should have chosen their candidate from Edo central, because it was their turn and that is why many of them are in support of either APC or PDP candidates.

I have said it that obidients are divided on Edo State election. Some are for APC, some for PDP and another for LP but if it comes to presidential election, forget it, they will come out in full force for Obi because they love Obi very well in Edo State.
But one thing is sure he (Peter Obi) will gain more grounds than that of 2023 presidential election and very sure Tinubu will lose substantial grounds because of his economy mismanagement and the way he tribalized his appointments. He will lose more grounds in the north than anywhere, as you can see today that the northern elders are angry with him. The advantage of his muslim-muslim ticket he used to scooped them votes have faded away like packed of card but no doubt he will gain more grounds in the south west and lose few along. South South he will sweat there too. South East is no go area for him as usual. North central he will win there but lose some grounds because of his woeful performance. Kwara, Kogi Niger will probably still go for him but Benue, Plateau and Nasarawa states he will lose those states. Except they perfected their usual rigging machine, if not he won't sweat profusely.
