A yatch/boat/ship will normally fly the flag of the country it was registered. It doesn't actually needs to be owned by the Government or leader of that country. We have Billionaires in this country with yatchs. I don't know the owner of this one but there's the likelihood it's privately owned also.

If Nigeria has a Presidential yacht, it would not be named "Rania" and would not be manned by white civilians. It would be under the control of the Nigerian Navy.

It appears there is a coordinated attempt to bring this government down via media propaganda just like they did to Goodluck Jonathan at the point of making important decisions that could have liberated the people. People are falling for it already just like they did during the Jonathan era.
.Any random private billionaire citizen or foreign interest could have hired a yatch, put Nigeria flag on it, record the video and promote it on social media for people who have the culture of not asking the right questions to swallow and fall over. This government definitely has made many bad and good decisions but must we allow our emotions to always cloud our sense of judgment? In fact, Nigeria is not on a time bomb because of the rampaging poverty in the land but because of her many educated illiterates!
