It will be written tenanted on futurepropertyauctions.co.uk or written investment or with tenant on other sites given and the amount they are paying will be stated only buy it if you feel the payment worth the value.
I always ensure atleast 10% return on rental value of my auction property sime are more than 10% just look for the jackpot and be sure you have a solicitor ready to complete the conveyancing
God bless you Sir. I am really grateful for this. I also saw some properties that where bought like 16 years ago for a high amount being sold for peanut now like 3k 5k and so on. Although looking at the property it looks clean inside. Is it worth considering these properties to buy?

Those are guide price to lure many investors to buy them. The property may sell at 30 yo 40k ar the end. Moreso their is always legal pack you can read to know what is wrong with a house before bidding. Some nothing to fix especially in area like sunderland, durham, hull and middlesbrough.
Check past auction to have idea how much least properties were sold

We got the keys to our new home on Friday. The process took over five months. Thanks to @lexus, jedisco, solumtoya and every other person who contributes to this thread. My wife and I got almost £7000 from LISA (bonus and interest).

Congratulations brother 🥳 More wins for you. If you don’t mind me asking, why did it take 5 months?
Re: Living In The UK: Property,Mortgage And Related by opeoyek: 7:27pm On Sep 08, 2024
We did viewings for about two months before we found what we like. After our offer was accepted, we instructed our solicitor but along the line, the property the seller wanted to buy was withdrawn. We had to tell our solicitor to pause the process. The seller started looking again and found a propertyy in about three weeks. Local authority search took about six weeks.

Self
Invested
Pension
Plan

You cannot touch funds till retirement age, but HMRC contributes 25%+ on every deposit you make.....

You pay your SIPP provider a subscription fee + you personally manage your portfolio etc etc etc....

This thread has been of immense help to me. I want to appreciate the contributions of all 'elders' lexus, semmyk, Ticha etc.

We got our keys on Friday 30th August and moved into our house on the 31st. We maxed out our LISA contributions and deposit was 14k.

When the questions are available, the answers are not too far behind........ If one fails to tap into the wealth of information........ We must wonder why .......😁🤣

We know it's not easy to put the funds together, but if you don't start a journey, you would never complete it..... With a lot of sacrifice and cutting down on unnecessary financially tasking activities........ It's possible......😜

Hello all,

We are in the process of getting a house. Please I need help with this statement from coal search report:

"The search revels that although reserves of coal exist in the local area which could be worked at some time in the future, there are no mines or associated operations affecting the property"

Is this a cause for concern although the coal search returned with a 'Pass'

Wouldn't be a cause for concern for me. The last coal mine approved in the UK was in 2022 after 30 years since the last one, and till now the approval is still dragging in court, and the new government is not defending the approval by the last one.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cp68949n013o.amp

The odds are very low of any new mine being opened in the UK but even if one is to be opened near to you, it will, by law, be distant enough not to impact health, and it will even drive property prices in nearby areas up as the new workers and businesses to serve them move in.
