Una still wan book appointment wen their quota is full for issuing student visas and they are rejecting 98% of visa applications. They don't even bother going through your documents. Wen u come for passport collection, they won't bother printing a list of names of those whose docs are ready for collection, they will just collect a copy of ur passport data page, go inside and tick no 10 or no 9 for all who came for collection that day. Going to Poland for studies is just a waste of funds, even those that appeal no 10 will then b rejected on no9. The security will encourage you to appeal that they love appeal moni, that too na scam. I don't think they even issue up to 10 visas in a month. So there is still a little chance for you to get it. U can try your luck, but u can't get appointment online, u hv to use an agent to book it. |

At this point I won’t even advise anybody to try Poland when it comes to study Visa…..it better you used that 135 euros for visa application to buy suya with it. Almost 11 of us that went for collection today was rejected base on number 10….you better start looking for serious and affordable European countries to apply too Peace ✌️ |

OscarJaden:Kai. This is very unfair and fraudulent. Why are they accepting visa fees from people when they know they won't grant them visas? Anyway, thanks for the heads up. I'll start researching on other countries. Maybe France and Netherlands. I'm so tired😴! |

MimiNg:Are you saying they aren’t Conducting Interview ? And more-so what’s the Rate of booking through an Agent? |
| Re: Polish Student Visa by hunee: 12:32am On Aug 27, 2024 |
When I visited the Polish embassy recently and came here to share my observations. Someone was arguing with me that Poland is granting visas. I was there out of 30 people, only 1 person's visa was approved. It is high time you all begin to understand that Poland is not much of a country that welcomes migrants. You can consider other European countries with lesser hassles and higher visa chances. There's no time, funds and energy to be wasting over something you know the result is 50/50 . |
| Re: Polish Student Visa by MimiNg(f): 8:45am On Aug 27, 2024 |
Hayormide212:Of cos they conduct interviews, but i think it's just for formalities sake. I mean when you come for collection. Agent rate depends on the agent, but ranges from 500k to 600k |

NEW ADMISSION PROCESS FOR POLAND. The below must be done before you apply to any Polish school. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 As per the recent directives from the Polish Government, all international applicants intending to study in Poland must have their diplomas issued outside Poland legalized and obtain a certificate of equivalency (Nostrification). This certificate is only issued in Poland To obtain this certificate of equivalency (Nostrification), please follow these steps: To receive the Decision of the Superintendent of Education confirming that your educational documents meet the standards of secondary education in the Republic of Poland and qualify you to apply for first-level (bachelor's) higher education, you will need the following documents and actions: Legalization of High School/ Bachelor Degree Diploma 1.1. Legalize your diploma at the embassy/consulate of the Republic of Poland in the country where the diploma was issued or obtained an Apostille. Please note that some embassies/consulates require the diploma to be authenticated by the Ministry of Education or Foreign Affairs before legalization. 1.2. If the diploma was issued in a country that is a member of the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961, authentication and legalization are not required, provided the diploma has an Apostille seal. Supplementary Documents These documents should include the following information, if not already included in the diploma: (a) A list of grades obtained in the final examination or for completing a stage of education. (b) A list of subjects and classes completed during the stage of education, along with the grades obtained. (c) Information on the curriculum, including educational content, scheduled study time, and grading scale. (d) An eligibility certificate indicating your right to continue education at the appropriate level in the country where the diploma was issued, including eligibility to apply for higher education. These documents should be issued or certified by the school or educational institution or by the educational authorities of the country where the diploma was issued. Sworn Translation into Polish The legalized or Apostille-stamped diploma, supplementary documents, and eligibility certificate must be translated into Polish by one of the following: (a) A translator registered by the Polish Minister of Justice. (b) A translator registered in a member state of the European Union, the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), or the OECD. (c) A consul of the Republic of Poland in the country where the diploma was issued. (d) A diplomatic or consular post accredited in Poland from the country where the diploma was issued. If translating the documents by the entities listed above is not feasible, the school superintendent may accept translations made by other entities, provided their credibility is not in doubt. Identity Document (Passport) and a Copy Authorization (if an Attorney is Involved) With these documents and their copies, you or your representative should submit your application to the Opolskiego Kuratorium Oświaty for recognition of your educational documents. The recognition process may take up to 30 days and can be extended in certain cases. For more information, visit: Recognition of Foreign School Certificates and Diplomas in Poland. Best wishes to everyone!!! |

With the new rule for Nostrification, and the process can take up to 2 months, I gathered that if you don't have it, your student visa would not be granted. I would like to advise anyone Don't waste money on getting an appointment if you have not done the nostrification. |
