What he said is true! This project is better left for private sector. There are many projects the governor can focus on... Nnewi has no road. Let him open up Nnewi. The river line areas needs attention. There are a lot to in agriculture. His attention is not in sports and media...these two can fetch more than 5 million youths job.

Do you know that with Nigerias population and huge market potentials, if you can curb corruption and put policies to incentify investments in construction and real estate, foreign organisation can easily step in with funds and dobthe needful?

Do you know that most of the initial investments in these sectors in China, during the 80s and 90s, were done by the Singaporeans, Japanese, Taiwanese and HK citizens? They were enticed by the policies of Deng XiaoPing but ran away during the days of Chairman Mao.

Julius berger can do any road in Nigeria by itself, as long as there a trustworthy economic plan to reimburse them in agreed time. Companies like JB are the ones building all the skyscrapers in Shanghai and Guangdong, not the government.
