Moving to Lagos and I have thought about these 3 places
Gbagada: with easy access to island
Magodo: easy access to Ikeja
Surulere: this I have no idea

Between these places which is better to live ?

Magodo has easy access to Island too. Gbagada seems more central between Ikeja and Island. If you will be in transit between Ikeja and Island then go for Gbagada.

If you are the one who hussle between the island and the mainland, chose the central, which is gbagada, ot is central. So you can always easily navigate to the island and mainland at ease...

They have regular supply of electricity in these 3 areas, but their rent there are also expensive...

In my opinion, I think the way that state is may not necessarily be about your location, but that ability to witstand daily stress if you do not have enough money, if you earn very well say running to the tens of millions in a year, you may gbadu the state very well.
Also, if you are the type that doesnt get bothered about many things, you may just like the place.

Magodo some areas are better than others.

Surulere has casted. Congested, terrible and unnecessary traffic, old buildings yet expensive to rent. However its good for commerce and recreation.

Find one that has easy access to Ikeja and Island. Those two are where you'd probably be making your lagos money.

First talk about your budget for this places cox houses in this places is very expensive o.

If it's easy access you're talking about, surulere is the best. Easy access to anywhere, and fantastic night life.. .

Ijora Konstain is closer to island... And direct to Ikeja...using Inter city Train

Surulere is even close to the Island than these two and you have some posh areas there too. It's just that is getting a tad too expensive these days. Magodo for serenity can't be traded though

Surulere is good but some area are flooded with affordable things.

Gbagada area is all about thiefthief because of its closesness to express .

Lekki some part are flooded , traffic and over expensive things.

Magodo is quiet good but small thiefthief Dey sha.
