This isssue even has nothing to do with our leaders, either corrupt or not. It's about our youths going there to form armed robbery gangs and other anti social behaviour. With minimum account balance of 10000 dollars and 45 years of age, their door is still widely open to our corrupt leaders but shut to the youths or poor adults.
