Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

HR certifications and an MBA are a plus.

Experience:
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or specialist.

Expertise & Skills:
Strong understanding of HR products, services, and processes.

Proficiency in HR data analysis and Human Resource Information Systems.

Knowledge of employment and labor laws.
Proficient in MS Office.
