It is easy for a poor person to prefer jail over giving up money.

Court marriage or no marriage at all gives no advantage in courts when children's wellbeing is concerned.

If you are a poor man, you are safe and you can have as many kids as possible
and not cater for them.
But if you are rich and your babymama is educated, you will be forced to pay
child support by the court.
If you refuse, you run the risk of being jailed.

The only way to stay safe is to NOT have children.

When will women start paying alimony to men? Are men not human, can't they raise kids?

The problem with Americans...they only know America. He needs to pay his outstanding child support, then fly to an African country and live his best life with the rest of his finances. I am sure he can do quite well with $500k if he does not go overboard in an African or Asian country. You've not been following the case.

After divorce, the demon took him to court to demand for 70% of his wealth which sent him to bankruptcy.

Vin Diesel and 50 cents helped him to get back to his feet just for this woman to send him to court again claiming that his new movie has earned him more money, so they should triple his child support fee and the court gladly do that without regarding his own feelings.

Again, women are dangerous!

If you have the money, I think you'd pay. A famous person as that in jail is not good for his name and career. A mistake has been made, he would have to live with it.

And I'm here thinking that it's only Nigerian Judiciary that is bias and over there things are sane

God forbid I find myself in that situation, but if I do, I'll donate everything I have to charities and take the jail time.

Mercy for the provision she feels she is entitled to. She knows her societal perks as a woman (one in a gynocentric society no less) and she'll bank on his fear of being jailed.
