youre missing the point, the point is to destroy marriage and discourage people from having kids, and also to divide men and women. The enforced child support law is from the same people who legalise same sex marriage if you think any of thier laws make sense. The lasting effect of such laws is the death of marriage, which is what they want, they want broken homes. Paving the way for homosexuality to become the norm, like Elton John is legally happily married to his husband.

The American divorce system has been mean to men before gay rights. There's no secret hidden agenda against heterosexual marriages.

Gay people do get divorced, and still go through alimony issues and child custody battles.. There's no difference.

are you claiming that, because a man can afford it, he should ALWAYS pay for others and their issues, even if he is against it or possibly doesnt want to?! if i am to pay for someone's issues, i will only give what i deem fit, and i would also not gve a damn what anybody else thinks. if someone doesnt like it, they should pay it up themselves then. too many people out there are quick to make plans on other people's wallet. thats HIS money, let him spend it however he desires. thats not stinginess, thats common sense!

OK, assuming you do as you say ie stay in jail than pay the gold digger, that still wount solve anything, why? The court will grant your request and keep you in jail, the court will fifa your assets ie confiscate them, grant order for it to be disposed and settle the gold digger. That means you lose your freedom and still pay the money. Even if you decide to kpai yourself, your property will still be used to pay. Lol
