Gunmen Suspected to be Hired Assassins have killed a Woman, Mrs. Rose Eneojoh in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State.

The mother of five was brutally murdered on Tuesday night, September 10, 2024 at Etikpolo Anyigba.

A family member, Charles Umoru, who confirmed the incident in a Facebook post on Wednesday, said the killers revealed that they were paid the sum of N200,000 to assassinate.

According to him, the deceased offered the killers same amount to spare her life.

The killers took the money and still shot her dead.

“This innocent woman, Mrs. Rose Eneojoh - wife to my brother inlaw was gruesomely murdered last night at Etikpolo Anyigba. The killers told her and her husband that they were paid 200,000 Naira to assiassinate her. She offered them more money in exchange for her life, they took the money from them and still went ahead to shoot her, leaving the husband and 5 young Children in misery. How long should this continue in Igala Land?,” he wrote.
