You need to clearly state how many hours per month you consider as "part time". If the contractor doesn't meet these hours because you don't have work for them does that impact their pay? |

No matter how desperate you are, never take up this kind of job offer that lacks clearly defined scope of work. Only a completely stupid or heartless person would offer below minimum wage for such a high end skill. Believe me, if you can help the op solve whatever problem they have, you can equally use that skillset to solve problems on Upwork and Fiverr freelance platforms and make x20 of whatever the op is offering. So, don't allow desperation push you to even consider calling the number up there. |
