You can’t prepare for that as it is just ~5 mins chat with the executives

The questions are at random
Could be “tell me about yourself” “what school did you graduate from?” “Any certificates?”

The current UBA GMAP role is strictly a SALES role. Don’t expect any other thing but that..

After executive chat is medicals (if you pass)
After medicals, offer letter

Pay is 100k p/m
The program is for 6 months

Is it everybody that did the cbi that would be called for the EC

This is not entirely true. While most of the candidates will get a sales role, over 20% will be given roles in operations and other departments

Just telling you what I was told during orientation..

None of us would be given roles in operations and other departments.

I would say the first batch’s already begun in September.

I totally get you. However, 20-30% will be fixed in other departments.
