You are right concerning the labour shortage, but they can always go to East Africa and higher labour for $300.

Israel has almost flattened Gaza.

Netanyahu is simply implementing what he has always had in mind- which is to micro manage the Palestinians in both the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Hamas provided the rope for their own lynching.

Israel needs to end the war fast. East Africans can't make up for lost high tech manpower. The East Africans woek on farms and other low paid jobs Israelis look down on.

In addition, the Africans are complaining that their being paid starvation wages.

I read Hamas packed those hostages inside tunnels,so they've ordered their men to shoot and kill some of those hostages when they hear of approaching Israeli forces in the tunnel. With this tactics,this war Wil drag on for years. Netahyahu is already under pressure to sign the cease fire,cos any other death of hostages by Hamas will cause a civil war in Israel.
Hamas latest tactic is so crafty. Those people Israel are striking on ground are not Hamas, Hamas are under the tunnel,but Israel cannot get to them,if they want the hostages alive
