I believe this guy is the Islamic musician called LABAEKA. He was already made before joining the Government. He had a career already, so resigning would not be a do or die affair for him but all the same I commend him for living true to his beliefs and conscience, which is what is almost impossible in this country. Government officials don't resign! They are either forced out, removed, sacked, tenure expiration or died on duty.
Let's emulate what is right always.... God bless Nigeria!

Did he just realized he is been paid for doing nothing.
1. You can't give what you don't have. What knowledge does he possess to run or manage that office.
3. What exposure, education and experience has he gathered for himself.
4. Kindly refund the salaries you've collected abi initio so that the principles you stand for will not collide with your conscience.
5. Don't mind the guy, he is only following the trend in ilorin to be precise. The moment they want someone out, they will all use all manners of strategies including trying to look like a saint .

Finally, what principle does he stand for. If he is still in APC but only resigned an appointment under the same party. It means if he is offered the role of a commissioner for finance even if he has OND accountancy, so far something is happening there , he wont have to resign but adjust ......

Exactly, the money is not the politicians money, it is the people's money. More reasons politicians don't care how they waste it.
