She's trying to insert her dubious self into the middle of the whole story, just to extract as much praise as she can. The lady is unbelievable.
Just as you said, the lack of effective diplomatic representation has led to the imprisonment and deaths of many Nigerians abroad.

Many other countries would go the extra lenght to make sure that their citizens are not jailed wrongly and are educated about the dangers of illicit business, but over here, Abike and her couturier of petty minded colleagues are busy playing tribal politics with their jobs.
It's okay, you can continue to insult her but you can't deny that she had saved many of your dubious drug peddlers in South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia and Ghana in the past.

When the shops of your people were shut in South Africa and Ghana, she was there for you.

Everywhere you had caused trouble bcoz of your dubious buying and selling low quality or fake products style, she was always there to intervene.

Very ungrateful scamp of people. You guys can never changed. You are so predictable in that your South East. Large number of you sleep and position your ugly heads on the same side. You all are very abusive and see nothing good in other tribes. You all are so vindictive. Do you guys ever stay happy at all especially when you are with your fellow South Easterners. You guys are so predictable in your lousy and uncultured manner. Your brother is set free from drugs, either innocent or not.....at least he's free.....be happy for him and be appreciative of the people that rally round him to deliver him from death. But because of you guys ill mammered, you will never see any good in anything. Really Bleep up set of unfortunate people.....most of you cos I still have respect for few quality ones among you......

Nonexisting1:
Mr. Ogebe, who had approached Dabiri-Erewa for her intervention, believed that Ihejirika’s case involved mistaken identity and offered his pro bono legal services. He pursued the case to Indonesia’s Supreme Court, ultimately securing Ihejirika’s release.
So nigga was innocent then. We thank God. Dabiri will use him to shine now like she is doing something for all Nigerians since he is now proclaimed innocent but before, he would be part of her bigotry statistics.

Why are you folks never grateful for anything? At least you can read from the report that she was part of a delegation to Indonesia to plead on behalf of the convicts.
Some of you are just so blinded by hate so much that you can no longer think rationally.
Monsurudeen, the case was decided in December 2013 and the man has been free since January 2024 plus d case was done pro bono by the US lawyer.
Why is your fellow bigot trying to insert herself in d conversation now if not that she wants to chase clout after the backlash from the Canadian woman issue?

Do you know why many of Nigerians are suffering from mistaken identity?

LACK OF DATA SECURITY.
Our sensitive information are not protected, every now and then, you receive calls from fraudsters telling you everything about yourself and seeking to get OTP from their victims.

Most of these fraudsters use other peoples identities to commit fraud and enter various binding contracts without their consents.

There is need for Nigeria to invest greatly in cyberspace security.

My brethren have refused to learn and relearn concerning illegal drugs business in SE Asia.
They keep forgetting that Indonesia has the harshest anti drugs laws on earth, and never spares any drug trafficker caught by her legal arm.
The punishment is execution by firing squad or lethal injection.
Indonesia has executed thousands of Nigerians caught in the drug business and still going, but my money conscious foolish brothers will never count their teeth with their tongues.
Did you read the piece at all? Or you read and didn't understand?
His was a case of mistaken identity.
If he did drugs, there's no way he would have been let off the hooks.
It's an old case championed by the late Chief Ojo Maduekwe, former foreign affairs minister.
This lawyer stepped in to provide free legal services to him.
I don't even know what that whiench of a woman is doing there trying to claim credit for the man's efforts.

Years ago, a Nigerian delegation led by the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Ojo Madueke, along with Abike Dabiri-Erewa, then a member of the House of Representatives, and former Chairman of the NDLEA, Mr. Ipinmosho, had visited Indonesian prisons to plead for clemency for 21 Nigerians convicted of drug trafficking and sentenced to death. Unfortunately, four of the convicts were executed, alongside Indonesian and British citizens.

Good one, Abike Dabiri. Same Abike Obi supporters have been castigating for exposing the poison lady. They keep going into drugs but Abike keep doing her best being a good Omoluabi. Hope hatred and envy will not finish them before 2027?

Now, I won't be surprised if na willful ignorance on her own part allowed the innocent man suffer this much to the point of a legal practitioner doing the job a Govt Diasporan agency and their lawyers supposed do!

80% of deaths metted out to Nigerians are as a result of ignorance, derelict of duty or wilfully negligence.

Kudos to the lawyer. I like winners!

What's this osu and Obirodent miscreant saying? just wailing and gibberish as usual.
You are not happy your brother was saved from hangman. It's time to tell your brothers the truth because the population of Ndigbo in foreign prisons for drug trafficking are more than some countries population.

Educating your brothers who are hardened drugs Lords? The population of Ndigbo in foreign prisons for drugs trafficking are more than some countries population, instead to tell yourself the truth, but as usual you are playing the ostrich and activating your ethnic victimisation mentality to fulfill your wailing and propaganda destiny.

Grateful to who?
You are just frustrated that everyone else are not bowing as willing serfs before the feet of your tribal tin gods in power. Grateful to who really?
Grateful to the government for struggling to do the most basic of their jobs? Or for the lawyer that provided his services free of charge? Grateful to your utterly useless and totally ineffective agbadorian government that doesn't know their left from their right?
Who should we be grateful to?
I don't know why you people are not so grateful, instead of you to collectively condemned the act of illicit drugs business, you are busy saying another thing .

Was it the government that asked them to go into drugs business or their level of greediness

Do you think Indonesia is like Nigeria where anything goes

Them course this people with victim mentality?
Look at those two F00001$ above me saying a lot of Nigerians who get sentenced by death for carrying drugs is a case of mistaken identity that Abike they love to hate is the reason most of them are dead is sheer stupidity.

you guys know who runs the drug business, if Dora Akunyili was a Yoruba woman your people would’ve said she’s persecuting igbos when it’s evident you guys are running the drug game .
This country is best suited for a regional government no tribe likes to get punished by another ethnic group unless it’s within their tribe that’s when they can take it in good faith.
Your president was also in the drug world in America. Crime is not just a tribe but it’s in all race and tribe.
