The asawana boys were decimated by ESN according to reports! My hunch is that DSS is using Asari's special forces for the majority of the insecurity happening in the southeast!

But why fight in Orlu since five years?
It's not Asari versus Ekpa boys fight. It's internal politics of Imo state fight.
Once Uzodinma became gov from the Supreme court, a group in Imo got angry.
The group sees Orlu as monopolising Imo leadership. The group took to destruction of govt establishments in Orlu and confronting police and eventually soldiers drafted to Orlu.
