A couple of days can't go by without him appearing on a TV programme to talk recklessly.

I heard he recently acquired a law degree or finished law school. I don't know which one.

The man is a disgrace to the Nigerian legal education system because he doesn't understand legal boundaries at all. He feels entitled to say whatever he likes.

If he is invited for questioning or arrested now, he will claim his arrest is an attempt to silence him.

It's rather weird the way you think. Keep the argument away from any group. It's between us. I never said it's mandatory for the Prof to criticize Tinubu's government. Seeing his disposition during the GEJ government and Tinubu, one can't help but shrug. Comparing his actions then and now, speaks volumes.

But one can't help because of his tis right to hold opinion and express same.

Yes, Soyinka as I grew up to know was a great activist. Always "fighting" the government over matters of public interest. His last active freedom fight was the one against GEJ government. He succeeded in booting GEJ out of power. Yes, that was a great feat.

Now, what has actually changed that he is in support of Tinubu's government. What's there, just mention one thing that Tinubu has done to deserve an accolade from a man that will saw GEJ government as the worst.

So you expect a man in his 90years to go on the street and lead a civil demonstration. I beg let this man leave the rest of his life in peace. It's left for you & me to do the needful.
