If it contravenes the law as you have claimed, is it not proper to arrest him, hand him over to the police for disobeying the laws of the land? Is the Nigerian army not under the same laws of the land? Telling someone to lie inside the gutter is not the primary duty of the army and it is barbaric.

You can wear this military camouflage in places like China considered to be police states. But in democratic Nigeria, it has always been a good excuse for ego maniac soldiers to emberass themselves

I have same opinion here. If someone does something that contravenes the law, you should take the person to court, not humiliating the person mentally and physically. It is barbaric.

Nigeria Army is yet to arrest and humiliate Bello Turji for always wearing their camouflage.

Nigerian soldiers are bunch of cowards! Na for innocent civilian dem dey get power!

You will still complain.

Even if wearing camo is illegal in Nigeria, the soldiers' actions amount to taking Laws into their hands which equates to Jungle Justice.

All the same, Prevention is always better than Cure.
